Alabama Designated Agent By Appointment Only
Process & Appointments

How we work.

Do you accept walk-ins?
No. Services are handled through a review and appointment-based process. This keeps each case organized and properly prepared before any work begins.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All services are appointment-based. Appointments are scheduled after your case has been reviewed and accepted.
Do you accept every case?
No. Each case is reviewed before acceptance. We focus on clients who want the process handled correctly and are willing to follow a structured approach.
What happens after I submit my case?
We review your request and follow up with next steps if your case is a fit. If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you directly and point you in a reasonable direction.
How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond quickly during business hours. If you submit outside of business hours, you’ll typically hear back the next business day.
Do you serve all of Alabama?
Yes. We serve Birmingham and clients across Alabama. Remote clients receive secure document delivery instructions. Original documents may be required for processing.
Pricing & Case Review

The $25 case review.

Case Review — Expiration Policy

The $25 case review fee is applied toward your service if you move forward within 3 days of the review. After that, the case is considered inactive and a new review may be required.

How much is the case review?
The case review is $25. It’s applied toward your service if you move forward within 3 days of the review.
Why do you charge for a case review?
The review is where we evaluate your situation, confirm the correct process, and give you a clear plan. It takes real time and careful work. We do not provide free case work outside of the review process.
Why don’t you charge me before I submit the form?
To make sure your situation actually fits our service. We don’t charge the $25 case review fee unless we can help. You submit the form first, we review it for fit, and only then do we send a secure payment link if we’re the right service for your case.
When do I pay the $25 fee?
After we review your submitted form and confirm your case is a fit. We send a secure payment link via email or text. Payment is never taken before we’ve told you we can help.
How long does Alabama take to issue a title?
Alabama typically issues titles within 10–15 business days after receiving complete documentation. We offer same-day review and submission, but final issuance is determined by the Alabama Department of Revenue and is outside of our control.
What if I come back after the 3 days?
No problem — we’ll just restart the case review to make sure everything is up to date. Reviews are tied to your situation at a specific point in time.
Are state fees included in your pricing?
No. State fees, taxes, mailing costs, bond costs, and other third-party charges are separate and subject to change.
Do you offer free consultations?
No. Every case begins with the $25 case review so we can give you accurate, situation-specific guidance.
Do you guarantee approval?
No service can guarantee approval. We focus on accurate handling and proper submission, but approval depends on factors outside of our control, including the Alabama Department of Revenue.
Do you offer same-day title service?
We do not represent that titles are issued the same day. Processing timelines are determined by the Alabama Department of Revenue and other third parties involved in the transaction.
Service Questions

Specific services.

Can I do this myself?
In some situations, yes. Our service is for clients who want guidance and a structured process. If you’re comfortable handling everything on your own, the DMV or Alabama Department of Revenue is the right starting point.
What if I don’t have a title?
We evaluate your situation and determine the correct process — which may be a replacement title, a bonded title, or something else depending on the details.
Can you help if something is wrong with my paperwork?
Yes. Title problem cases are one of our primary services. If the standard process doesn’t fit your situation, start with a case review and we’ll evaluate it.
Do you handle bonded title cases?
Yes, if the case is accepted. For bonded title cases we handle, all filings must go through our office — we do not allow self-submission.
Can I submit my bonded title paperwork myself?
Not if we are handling the case. We require all bonded title filings to go through our office. If that structure doesn’t work for you, this service isn’t the right fit.
Do I need to bring or send original documents?
In many cases, yes. We’ll tell you exactly what’s needed based on your situation and provide secure delivery instructions if you’re outside the Birmingham area.
Scope

What we do not handle.

We focus narrowly on three services so we can do them well. A few things are outside our scope entirely:

Services we do not provide

  • Abandoned vehicle titling
  • Salvage or rebuilt-title processing
  • Real estate or property title services (we handle vehicle titles only)
  • Commercial fleet titling at scale
  • Legal advice or representation in court
  • Services for clients or vehicles located outside Alabama
  • Free case evaluation outside of the $25 case review process

If your situation falls into one of the above, we’ll tell you directly and point you to the right resource — usually the Alabama Department of Revenue, a county license office, or an Alabama attorney.

Trust & Security

How your information is handled.

Is my information handled securely?
Yes. Your information and documents are handled confidentially and used only for processing your case.
Do you ask for sensitive information upfront?
No. We do not request sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, through initial forms.
Are you affiliated with the Alabama DMV or Department of Revenue?
No. We are a private service provider and are not affiliated with the Alabama Department of Revenue.
