We Handle the Process

Once engaged, we verify, prepare, and complete the filing through our office.

Step-by-Step Detail

What actually happens at each stage.

1. Submit your case review request

You’ll fill out a short form covering the basics: name, contact info, case type, whether you have the title, whether the vehicle is in Alabama, whether there’s a lien, and a brief description of your situation.

2. We review your request

We look at the details and decide if the case is a fit. If it’s not — if the situation is outside what we handle or needs a different path — we’ll tell you directly and point you in a reasonable direction.

3. We follow up

If the case is a fit, we’ll follow up with clear next steps, including the $25 case review payment details. The case review is where we go through your situation in detail and map out the exact plan.

Case Review — Expiration Policy

The $25 case review fee is applied toward your service if you move forward within 3 days of the review. After that, the case is considered inactive and a new review may be required.

4. You complete the case review

After payment, we complete the review, confirm the plan, and provide specific instructions based on your situation.

5. We handle the process

When you’re engaged for the service, we verify documents, prepare the filing, and submit it properly through our office. For bonded title cases, all filings must go through our office — we don’t allow self-submission.

Processing Timeline — What to Expect

Alabama typically issues titles within 10–15 business days after receiving complete documentation. We offer same-day review and submission, but final issuance is determined by the Alabama Department of Revenue and is outside of our control.

A Note on Fit

Not all cases are accepted. This helps us maintain quality and accuracy — and makes sure the clients we do take on get the attention their case deserves.

Simple, structured, and designed to reduce mistakes.

Start with a $25 case review and we’ll guide you from there.
