A title transfer can seem simple — until one missing detail slows everything down. We help Alabama clients handle title transfers with a clear, professional process so you know what’s needed and what comes next.
A wrong signature. A missing odometer disclosure. A form filled out in the wrong order. These small issues are the most common reason title transfers get rejected, delayed, or rolled back for correction.
We review your paperwork before anything is submitted, catch the issues that would otherwise cause problems, and make sure everything moves forward correctly.
We go through your paperwork line by line to confirm everything is complete and accurate.
You’ll know what’s required, what’s missing, and what happens at each stage.
We flag the issues that commonly cause rejections before they become your problem.
Where applicable, the process is completed through our office for proper submission.
Title transfers require the original physical title — there’s no digital substitute. Choose the option that fits your situation.
Use USPS Certified Mail, FedEx, or UPS with tracking and signature required. Standard option for clients across Alabama.
By appointment at our office. Fast, direct, and useful if you want a bill of sale notarized or have questions to ask in person.
We can arrange a FedEx or UPS pickup from your home or office for an add-on fee. Convenient for busy schedules.
Before the original leaves your hands, email us clear, readable photos of both sides. This protects you: if the original is ever lost in the mail, we can use those photos to initiate a lost title replacement so your case can keep moving forward.
USPS Certified Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, FedEx, and UPS all work — they must include tracking and signature confirmation. We cannot accept untracked mail. Send the tracking number to us the same day you ship.
We are not responsible for titles lost, damaged, or delayed in the mail. The mail is out of our control from the moment it leaves your hands until it arrives at our office.
This is why the photos and tracking number matter. If something goes wrong in transit, those two pieces of evidence let us start a lost title replacement right away without losing your place in line.
Notary is available as an add-on only ($15–$25). Complex transfers may require additional fees depending on the work involved.
Alabama typically issues titles within 10–15 business days after receiving complete documentation. We offer same-day review and submission, but final issuance is determined by the Alabama Department of Revenue and is outside of our control.
Not all cases are accepted. We work by appointment and focus on clients who want the process handled correctly. Start with a case review and we’ll confirm whether your transfer is a fit.
