Case Review — How It Works

Every case starts with a $25 review.

The case review is how we make sure your situation is a fit, map out the correct next steps, and confirm pricing before any work begins. It’s structured so you’re not guessing and we’re not assuming.

Case Review — Expiration Policy

The $25 case review fee is applied toward your service if you move forward within 3 days of the review. After that, the case is considered inactive and a new review may be required.

We do not offer free consultations outside of the case review process. More complex cases may require additional fees depending on the work involved.

Is This the Right Fit?

Read this before you book.

If you’re looking for the lowest-cost option, this is not the service for you. Our pricing reflects the time spent reviewing, preparing, and handling the case through a structured process.

If you want the process handled correctly with fewer issues, start with a case review.

What Is Included

What our service fee actually covers.

Alabama title work looks simple from the outside — fill out a form, pay a fee, get a title. In practice, the details matter more than most people expect. A wrong signature location, an incomplete notarization, a missed lien release, or an incorrectly calculated bond amount can push your case back weeks or require you to start over entirely.

Our service fee covers the professional review, preparation, and handling of your case from intake through submission. That includes reviewing your eligibility, identifying the correct process for your specific situation, preparing all required documentation in the correct format, and coordinating submission through the appropriate Alabama Department of Revenue channels.

It also includes follow-up on your behalf if the state returns a request for additional information — something that is common in bonded title cases and certain estate situations.

What are the Alabama state fees on top of your service fee?

State fees vary by case type. Title transfer fees in Alabama are set by the state and your county. Replacement title fees are separate. Bonded title situations require a surety bond — bond costs are determined by the bond company based on the vehicle's value and are separate from our service fee. We will give you a complete picture of all expected costs during your case review before any work begins.

Is the $25 case review fee refundable?

The case review fee covers the time spent evaluating your situation and is non-refundable once the review is complete. If we determine during intake that we cannot assist with your case before the review is conducted, there is no charge.

Do prices change based on county?

Our service fees are flat-rate and do not vary by county. State and county fees charged by the Alabama Department of Revenue and local probate courts are outside our control and may vary by county. We account for those differences in your case review.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our pricing is stated upfront. State fees, bond premiums, and third-party costs are separate and we disclose all of them during the case review before you commit to moving forward. You will not be surprised by additional charges after the fact.
